About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Lead, you will be part of the Offsite Solutions team that drives seller adoption of off-platform marketing solutions. Your primary focus will be on executing and scaling seller-facing programs designed to increase offsite traffic and drive measurable ROI.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design initiatives to grow seller-driven traffic through different off-platform ads channels
  • Act as a subject matter expert for campaign strategy, execution, tracking, and measurement
  • Drive strong return on ad spend (ROAS) by analyzing campaign performance and providing optimization strategies
  • Lead communication with internal stakeholders to ensure sellers are aligned with new programs and best practices
  • Manage the full offsite marketing operations workflow from planning to reporting with cross-functional coordination
  • Monitor industry trends and propose improvements to strengthen offsite performance
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • 7+ years of experience in digital or performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or agency settings
  • Deep hands-on experience with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, or similar platforms
  • Strong analytical skills; proficiency in Excel and experience working with datasets
  • Proven ability to work independently and navigate cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
