Central Site Operations Specialist | Hybrid

Leverage your technical expertise to drive operational efficiency and excellence in our hybrid Central Site Operations Specialist role.

In this key position, you will work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver exceptional service experiences across the organization. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of our business by driving process improvements, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute contracted managed services according to customer statement of work for one or more accounts.
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations including install base accuracy, device change management, issue resolution, consumables management, and ad-hoc reporting.
  • Ensure timely and relevant communication with customers that aligns with our company values and principles.
  • Maintain an active customer action log and ensure required reports are accurate and provided in a timely manner.
  • Monitor and report on services and maintenance performance metrics to fulfill contractual SLA requirements and escalate when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience working in operations and service delivery roles, handling issue resolution, general service delivery concerns, and escalation management.
  • Customer interaction experience with enterprise-level clients such as LOB managers, IT directors, and procurement professionals.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers via phone and email.
