Key Responsibilities- Serving as the Lead Point of Contact: The Sales Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to HRI accounts, providing timely and effective communication.
- Building Customer Relationships: The Sales Specialist will build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and resolving any issues promptly.
- Account Management: The Sales Specialist will oversee customer account management, including negotiating prices, managing sales records, and handling customer complaints.
- Reporting and Forecasting: The Sales Specialist will prepare and present reports on account progress, forecast key metrics, and track sales results.
- Education: A Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Finance, Accountancy, Banking, Business Studies, Administration, Management, Marketing, Commerce, or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Working experience in FMCG is an advantage but not required.
- Skills: Good presentation skills, proficiency in MS Office applications, proven sales experience, strong analytical data skills, sound knowledge of sales strategies, and exceptional customer service skills.
