Customer Service Representative Job Description

This comprehensive role involves handling customer inquiries via phone, mail, and internet. The ideal candidate will be proficient in responding to client needs and addressing concerns in a timely manner.

  • Strong English communication skills are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls and provide accurate information to customers.
  • Utilize various channels such as mail, fax, and internet mail to assist clients.
  • Develop effective communication strategies to resolve customer queries.
  • Assess participant needs and respond accordingly.
Requirements
  • Candidates with completed college education or BPO experience are preferred.
  • High School and Senior High School Graduates with relevant work experience may also be considered.
  • Excellent communication skills are mandatory.
  • BPO experience is not required but is advantageous.
  • Onsite work is necessary.
  • The ideal candidate should reside within 25km to 35km of the work location.
