As a vital member of our Environmental Monitoring team, you will provide administrative support in daily tasks and offer ad-hoc assistance to other teams. The ideal candidate is meticulous, tech-savvy, and able to manage multiple tasks remotely while ensuring seamless communication and task execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage projects, CRM, and other processes using Podio.com
  • Prepare and format reports, presentations, and proposals for the team using GSuite platform, Google Docs, Google Drive
  • Add new leads, contacts, or projects; update existing fields; tag and categorize entries; import/export data
  • Assign and track tasks, set deadlines, priorities, and reminders; notify relevant team members of overdue items; generate project reports; organize and maintain shared documents and digital filing systems
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a virtual assistant or in a relevant administrative role
  • Experience supporting remote teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of proficiency with office software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, etc.)
  • Basic knowledge of data entry and database management
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
