We are seeking for a highly analytical and motivated Data Analyst to be a part of our company. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that will inform business decisions across various functions, including sales, product development, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather and extract data from different sources, including (but not limited to) marketing platforms and third-party tools.
  • Monitor data management processes to ensure data quality and consistency.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of sales performance, customer behavior, website traffic, marketing campaign effectiveness, and other key e-commerce metrics.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Translate insights into tangible
  • Collaborate with marketing, product sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven recommendations to improve performance.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and suggest new analytical approaches.
  • Work with technical and non-technical teams to ensure data accuracy and accessibility.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in quantitative field such as Statistic, Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related discipline.
  • 1-2 years experience in data analysis (preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment) and proven experience working with large datasets and complex analytical problems.
  • Has technical skills in programming, data visualization, and statistical analysis.
  • Ability to adapt and adjust strategies based on new trends and data
  • Has understanding of how online marketplaces operate, what drives consumer behavior, and of the key performance indicators (KPIs) that businesses track.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
