Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented In-House Accountant to manage our internal finance operations. This role is ideal for someone familiar with U.S. accounting practices and international business environments.

This is a full-time opportunity that offers the chance to grow with a fast-growing apparel design and manufacturing company. The successful candidate will have experience working with U.S.-based accounting software, be proficient in QuickBooks Online or Xero, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all general bookkeeping duties, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate monthly management reports.
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable (AP/AR), including payment processing.
  • Maintain internal budget tracking and assist in financial forecasting.
  • Prepare and organize all documentation required for U.S.-based tax filings.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure financial accuracy and proper coding of transactions.
  • Support global banking workflows, including an understanding of U.S. and Asian banking systems.
Requirements
  • 3–5+ years of professional accounting experience.
  • Solid understanding of U.S.-based accounting practices and international business operations.
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online, Xero, or similar cloud-based accounting software.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Highly organized, process-oriented, and comfortable in a remote work environment.
  • Ability to work full-time during U.S. business hours.
Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA qualification or equivalent.
  • Experience working with U.S. and Asian-based entities.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Gusto, Bill.com, Wise, ClickUp, and Slack.
