As a Senior Accountant, you'll do more than just balance the books. You'll lead reconciliation efforts, analyze trends, ensure data accuracy, and help us uncover insights that drive real decisions. You'll be the person who makes sense of the numbers, and helps the business stay a step ahead.

This role is based onsite in Taguig, Manila, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities
  • Perform daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations, including bank, e-wallet, and trading system records
  • Spot and escalate any discrepancies or unusual activity (before they become problems)
  • Analyze data trends to improve transaction efficiency and cash management
  • Collaborate with teams across Finance, Client Services, Ops, and external providers
  • Generate accurate and timely treasury reconciliation reports for stakeholders
  • Document reconciliation procedures for audits and internal reference
  • Ensure data security and compliance with all relevant financial regulations
  • Recommend and implement process improvements across the reconciliation function
  • Support and mentor junior team members when needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Proven experience in reconciliation or financial analysis roles
  • Strong grasp of accounting principles and reconciliation methodologies
  • Highly proficient with Excel and familiar with accounting tools/software
  • Analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail
  • Skilled at managing large data sets and identifying inconsistencies
  • Great communicator, confident working with cross-functional teams
  • Can work independently and juggle multiple priorities calmly and efficiently
  • A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards

  • Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Trading
  • Familiarity with industry-standard reconciliation platforms or ERPs
