Implementation Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead the implementation and onboarding of our back office products for real estate brokerages. This role will focus on deploying a real estate commission and transaction management platform, as well as a platform designed to help brokers analyze market data and grow their business through strategic agent recruiting.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine the client's current business needs and workflows prior to project commencement.
  • Develop and manage a customized Implementation plan for each client, ensuring timely completion.
  • Provide system configuration assistance, handling complex scenarios directly, and deliver product training sessions via phone and web conference software to ensure high adoption.
  • Maintain open communication with internal stakeholders and clients regarding implementation progress, addressing concerns promptly.
  • Collaborate with a team to improve and scale internal processes, driving efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in developing strong client relationships is essential.
  • Superior communication skills are required to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • A relentless focus on detail and follow-through is necessary to ensure successful implementation.
  • A proven track record of conflict resolution, both internally and with clients, is required.
  • Experience managing complex technical scenarios is essential.
  • Salesforce proficiency is a plus.
