Senior Video Content Creator

This is a unique opportunity to create impactful video content for older adults.

The ideal candidate will have creativity, patience, empathy, and strong storytelling skills to craft engaging narratives that bring genuine companionship, joy, and connection to seniors.

The role involves creating high-contrast visuals, large fonts, and generous spacing for readability, using simple transitions and slow pacing to ensure accessibility.

Australian accent support is also required for friendly, conversational voiceovers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create accessible and emotionally engaging video content specifically for an older audience
  • Develop high-quality visual elements with a focus on clarity, warmth, and familiarity
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure feedback and improvements are incorporated into the content creation process
  • Conduct research to develop engaging, senior-friendly content

Requirements:

  • Knowledge and experience with Video AI platforms (script-to-screen, image-to-screen, video-to-screen generation)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Suite, Canva, and other video creation tools
  • Experience in avatar/character creation with customization
  • Skilled in voiceover functionality with age-appropriate tones and Australian accent support
  • Familiarity with inclusive design features (large fonts, bright palettes, narration)
  • Superior attention to detail with excellent communication skills
  • Strong research ability to develop meaningful content
  • Patient, open to feedback, and empathetic toward seniors
