Job Overview

This role is a key part of our software delivery team, responsible for designing and developing test strategies, test plans, and test scripts. The ideal candidate will have experience with automated testing tools, manual testing, and defect tracking.

The successful candidate will be accountable for creating scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks, contributing to the implementation of repeatable automated tests during sprints, and ensuring all assigned testing deliverables are met within the sprint and product release.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop test strategies, test plans, and test scripts for automated and manual testing
  • Create scalable and reliable automated tests and frameworks
  • Contribute to the implementation of repeatable automated tests during sprints
  • Ensure all assigned testing deliverables are met within the sprint and product release
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Computer Science, Business, Economics or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of software testing experience (Manual and Automation)
  • Experience with automated testing tool Playwright
  • Experience in both manual and automated testing including planning, test case design, test reporting, defect tracking, estimating, and test coverage
  • Experience working with external parties and vendors
  • Demonstrated capability to learn and understand a business and its processes and systems in depth
  • Experience with Selenium as well as other tools (e.g. Java, Maven, Postman)
  • Demonstrated skills with REST and SOAP webservices and API testing
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps Pipelines and parallel test execution
  • Experience testing web, mobile, and windows applications
  • Ability to work across multiple products / platforms / squads
  • Regular use of a defect and test management system such as JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint
