The primary function of the Lead Salesforce Quality Analyst is to drive testing strategy and quality assurance across projects. This includes leading a team, assigning tasks, and fostering collaboration among QA members. The analyst oversees the implementation of testing processes, aligns testing goals with project objectives, and ensures adherence to timelines. They serve as the primary point of contact for quality-related discussions with stakeholders and ensure that testing aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Review requirements and collaborate with Delivery Leads to contribute to User Story Acceptance Criteria.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities to meet project deadlines and quality goals.
  • Identify, record, document, and track bugs, communicating with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Design, develop, and execute test scripts to enhance testing efficiency and coverage for new and existing features.
  • Continuously track and improve quality assurance metrics to ensure software quality.
Key Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in leading testing and quality assurance activities and a team.
  • Experience in developing test plans and writing test cases.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Tenacious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Experience using JIRA or similar tools for defect tracking and management.
