We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Development Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential healthcare partners, introducing them to our solutions, and helping create new opportunities for our client success team.

This role blends relationship outreach, market research, and client engagement. You'll connect with healthcare providers, spark interest in our platform, and schedule introductory conversations for our team to showcase how we can reduce burnout, improve documentation, and support better patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reaching out to healthcare organizations through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
  • Researching prospects to personalize outreach and identify opportunities
  • Coordinating introductory meetings for the client success and sales teams
  • Tracking outreach activities and sharing insights that improve future campaigns

You are expected to be a confident communicator who builds trust quickly via phone, email, and social media. You should also be curious and resourceful in researching prospects and identifying opportunities.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have strong written and verbal communication skills, familiarity with HubSpot, and fluency in English.

Bonus points if you have experience engaging clinical decision-makers (Directors of Nursing, Administrators) or knowledge of healthcare, SaaS, or AI solutions.

Benefits

We offer a competitive monthly salary with commission for booked meetings:

  • Base Salary: $1000 - $1100
  • Commission: $4 per booked appointment (Additional $480 per month if targets hit)
  • Bonus: $40 if goals achieved
