Australian Tax Compliance Expert

We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team as a financial services specialist. This role involves providing expert advice on Australian tax compliance and preparing financial statements, tax returns, and other compliance documents.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Australian accounting and taxation, with at least 2+ years of experience in preparing compliance work to review stage. They will be able to apply their knowledge of Div7A, FBT, and CGT in preparing accurate tax outcomes for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and complete financial statements, income tax returns, BAS, and IAS to review stage.
  • Apply knowledge of Australian accounting standards and tax regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Liaise with managers and clients to deliver high-quality results within deadlines.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Minimum 2+ years of Australian accounting experience.
  • Proven ability to prepare compliance work to review stage.
  • Solid understanding of Div7A, FBT, and CGT.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
