Job Description
The TALENT ACQUISITION SPECIALIST will play a key role in promoting and enhancing our employer brand to attract high-quality candidates. This role involves creating and executing marketing strategies, managing social media and career pages, and collaborating with HR teams to align recruitment efforts with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Employer Branding & Marketing:
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the company's employer brand.
    • Create engaging content for social media platforms, career websites, and job boards to attract top talent.
    • Regularly update and manage the career site to reflect the company's culture, values, and job opportunities.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between recruitment campaigns and company goals.
  • Recruitment Marketing Support:
    • Assist in creating and managing job postings, recruitment materials, and external job advertisements.
    • Coordinate and support recruitment events such as career fairs, webinars, and networking opportunities to connect with potential candidates.
    • Track, measure, and analyze the success of recruitment marketing campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
    • Generate regular reports on key metrics such as engagement rates, applicant sources, and campaign effectiveness.
    • Make recommendations for improving the performance of marketing strategies based on campaign data.
    • Work closely with HR and marketing teams to ensure a unified and cohesive recruitment and branding strategy.
    • Stay current on recruitment marketing trends, best practices, and competitor strategies to maintain a competitive edge in attracting top talent.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition specializing in branding & marketing.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) and digital marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of employer branding best practices and trends in the recruitment marketing space.
  • Creative mindset with a strong ability to develop engaging content.
