Job Responsibilities

As a key member of our team, the Marketing Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to the Marketing Team. This includes:

  • Providing administrative support to the Marketing Team
  • Recording and maintaining all documents related to Marketing Claims
  • Assisting in coordinating activities among operations, sales managers, and representatives
  • Assisting in defining and continuously improving Marketing Claims process and procedures
Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any course
  • Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs)
  • Experience in FMCG/Retail is an advantage
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result-driven and data-guided approach
  • Ability to work independently and as well as part of a team
  • Availability to travel as needed
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Amenable to onsite work and shifting schedule
