Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to attorneys, including editing and proofreading official communications and legal documents.
  • Maintain attorney calendars by scheduling conferences, depositions, and meetings.
  • Welcome clients and conduct initial screenings of new clients.
  • Organize and update legal documents and ensure they are filed before deadlines.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Pleasing personality and excellent communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong knowledge of legal documents and terminology.
  • Skilled with MS Office and able to work with legal technology.
