Job Overview

We seek a seasoned professional to manage projects ensuring timely and accurate uploads of listings on our internal Content Management system and external Amazon platform during initial launch phases.

  • Project Management:
    • Utilize Monday.com to prioritize tasks and update progress
    • Cross-functionally collaborate to ensure new product launch projects remain on track
  • Content/Listing Uploads:
    • Upload listing content to our internal CMS
    • Upload new catalog items to Amazon using flat files, focusing on key areas (category, pricing, creative assets, technical details)
    • Enroll products in Amazon's VINE program
  • Listing Troubleshooting:
    • Address all aspects of listing troubleshooting, including suppressed listings and image/content issues
    • Ensure compliance with Amazon policies and guidelines, optimizing for visibility and mitigating litigation risk

Key Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working with Amazon Seller Central, including flat file uploads
  • Highly organized, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Channel Advisor/Rithum, Excel, and Monday.com (bonus)
