We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring and improving collaboration and process tools such as Jira, Confluence, HubSpot, or similar platforms to support workflow automation and operational efficiency.
  • They will also use reporting and analytics tools like Microsoft Power BI (or equivalent) to build dashboards, track KPIs, and generate insights that support data-driven decision-making.

In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring our tools evolve with the business, automations free up time for high-value work, and data empowers informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimize internal tools and workflows to drive operational efficiency.
  • Design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools to support scalable operations.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of tools and systems through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, streamline workflows, and ensure alignment with business goals and operational standards.
  • Generate insights through data and reporting to support operational decision-making.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation, or business systems support in a fast-paced IT industry or software environment.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail with a continuous improvement mindset.
