About the Job

This senior support engineer position involves working independently and collaboratively to resolve technical issues arising from tickets. You will be required to log in various systems and troubleshoot problems or issues.

The role also involves working on our support portal, reviewing incidents, problems, and change requests. Comprehensive training will be provided, and you will have the opportunity to work with leading-edge technology in multinational companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting to the support manager, undertake highly technical tasks and collaborate with the support team to resolve tickets efficiently.
  • Work on the support portal: Reviewing incidents, problems, and change requests to ensure seamless support delivery.
  • Develop skills through comprehensive training programs and collaborate with professionals in the industry.
Requirements
  • A graduate degree in computer science or a relevant field with a postgraduate degree in IT or sufficient experience.
  • At least 7 years of experience in software project delivery for process-oriented environments.
  • Industry knowledge in food and beverage processing is an advantage.
  • Participate actively in testing and validation of the MES system and related configuration as required.
  • A history of supporting bespoke software applications is essential.
  • Proficiency in SQL databases, T-SQL codes, stored procedures, views, functions, and triggers.
  • Diagnose and address operational data issues using Microsoft SQL Management Studio and SQL Server Profiler.
  • Experience with ETL, SSIS, C#, JavaScript, HTML, XAML, WPF, .Net Framework, SSRS reporting.
  • Strong debugging skills and proficiency in Visual Studio, Telerik software tools, Windows/network administration, Internet Information Services, Power BI, and data warehouse.
