Key Responsibilities

The Director of Engineering Services will be responsible for providing leadership and guidance to the engineering team in developing innovative solutions for our clients. This role will involve overseeing all engineering-related design on both horizontal and vertical projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site development design, site engineering, and engineering design (grading, road, water distribution, sewer & drainage system, STP) and MEPFS for housing design. They will also be familiar with building and subdivision codes (National Building Code, PD 957, BP220).

  1. Lead the engineering team in developing innovative solutions for clients.
  2. Oversight of all engineering-related design on both horizontal and vertical projects.
  3. Development of efficient site development plans that meet client needs.
  4. Creation of code-compliant subdivision and engineering plans.
  5. Conducting value engineering to optimize construction costs and ensure compliance with project budgets.
  6. Analysis and preparation of accurate verified surveys returns.
Qualifications
  • Must be a licensed Civil Engineer or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in site development design, site engineering, engineering design, and MEPFS for housing design.
  • Familiarity with building and subdivision codes (National Building Code, PD 957, BP220).
  • Ability to plot and analyze lot and technical descriptions necessary for titling and raw land evaluation.
  • Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Applications.
  • Capacity to interpret engineering studies such as hydrology study, geotechnical study, georesistivity study, traffic impact assessment, and other related engineering studies required for the project.
