We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Financial Transaction Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for managing financial transactions, including accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage all accounts payable transactions, ensuring accurate and timely payment processing and vendor reconciliations.
  • Manage accounts receivable functions by generating invoices, following up on outstanding payments, and maintaining customer accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze accounts payable and receivable aging reports to identify discrepancies and overdue accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any billing or payment issues with vendors and clients.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and assist in month-end closing activities.
  • Provide regular financial reports related to accounts payable and receivable status and cash flow forecasts.
  • E nsure compliance with financial policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in financial transaction management roles.
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, NetSuite).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Solid communication skills for effective collaboration with vendors and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
