Financial Transaction Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Transaction Manager to join our team. As a key member of our accounting department, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, preparing accurate reports, and handling communication with clients.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and Update Financial Records: Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepare Financial Statements: Prepare monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Reconcile Bank Statements: Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
  • Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage accounts payable and receivable, including the processing of invoices and payments.
  • Assist in Budgeting: Assist in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning.
  • Provide Reports and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Financial Transaction Manager or in a similar accounting role.
  • Accounting Software Proficiency: Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong Understanding: Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
