Legal Compliance Expert

The Legal and Compliance Analyst role involves providing operational support for the compliance program, ensuring smooth execution of all processes. As a mid-senior level professional, you will be responsible for assisting in documentation and record-keeping of the Legal and Compliance teams, supporting audits and corrective actions, and collaborating with other departments to ensure understanding and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document and maintain accurate records of the Legal and Compliance teams
  • Support audit processes and corrective actions to ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide operational assistance for the compliance program, ensuring seamless process execution
  • Offer basic support for the legal team, including reviewing simple NDAs and agreements, and providing contract intake support
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure understanding and compliance with regulations
Requirements:
  • Strong English communication skills
  • College degree in Business Administration, Law, or related field preferred
  • Familiarity or interest in Legal & Compliance, and standards and regulations
  • Strong desire to learn and self-starter
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Ability to work well within a team, communicate needs, give constructive feedback, and jump in when needed
  • Ability to work autonomously and exercise sound judgment independently when required
