As a seasoned professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping businesses scale securely by building and implementing cutting-edge security and compliance programs.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating multiple cybersecurity compliance projects, leading and developing a team of managers and analysts across multiple accounts, guiding staffing and resource strategy for the department, and addressing executive-level client concerns professionally.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF. They should also possess several years of leadership experience, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple cybersecurity compliance projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating multiple cybersecurity compliance projects
  • Leading and developing a team of managers and analysts across multiple accounts
  • Guiding staffing and resource strategy for the department
  • Addressing executive-level client concerns professionally
  • Developing, implementing, and maintaining cybersecurity-focused compliance policies and procedures
  • Collaborating with external teams to identify and mitigate cybersecurity risks
  • Communicating directly with clients to address compliance concerns and provide support

Requirements:

  • 8+ years working with cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST CSF
  • Several years of leadership experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple cybersecurity compliance projects simultaneously
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is required
