Customer Data Management Expert

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of customer data management, ensuring seamless integration with various stakeholders and global data privacy experts. This role is responsible for establishing processes to facilitate ease of use and leverage a wealth of customer data in personalizing experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Data Process Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop efficient data flows, simplify complex processes, and deliver enhancements to data extraction and reporting systems.
  • Data Governance: Adhere to global data privacy laws, develop local policies, maintain data integrity, and conduct studies on Do Not Call and Do Not Mail lists.
  • Marketing Data List Extractions & Segmentation: Assess data requirements, manage accurate lists, handle imports and exports, design reports, and identify segmentation opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Intermediate MS Office skills, expert level in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in data management and processes in Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Understanding of data gathering, inspecting, cleansing, transforming, and modeling techniques.
  • General knowledge of GDPR and other data privacy laws globally.
  • Keen attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, excellent presentation skills, and stakeholder management.
  • Proven time and project management skills, impeccable work ethics.
