Job Opportunity

As a Property Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties ensuring tenant satisfaction rent collection maintenance coordination and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage property operations to ensure they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
  • Collect rent enforce lease terms and follow up on late or missed payments using Rent Manager software.
  • Process accounts payable/receivable and generate financial reports through Rent Manager.
  • Market vacant units screen tenants and manage lease agreements.
  • Coordinate property maintenance repairs and vendor management.
  • Respond promptly to tenant inquiries complaints and service requests.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to ensure upkeep and compliance.
  • Assist with forecasting variance analysis and budgeting for properties.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Familiarity with property management software.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
