Head of Manufacturing Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Head of Manufacturing Operations to lead our manufacturing operations in Cebu. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.

Job Description:

The Head of Manufacturing Operations will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of multiple manufacturing plants, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, health, and environmental requirements. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing strategic plans, aligning manufacturing strategies with supply chain objectives, establishing policies and performance targets, managing budgets and resource allocation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: The ideal candidate will develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and enhance product quality.
  • Align Manufacturing Strategies: The successful candidate will align manufacturing strategies with broader supply chain objectives based on plant capabilities and capacity.
  • Establish Policies and Performance Targets: The Head of Manufacturing Operations will establish policies, guidelines, and performance targets to drive operational efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

In addition, the successful candidate will manage budgets and resource allocation for maintenance, projects, productivity, cost savings, yield improvement, and continuous enhancement initiatives. They will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in production planning, staffing, talent development, training, and labor relations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Solid Experience in Manufacturing Operations: The ideal candidate will have solid experience in manufacturing operations within the consumer goods or FMCG industry.
  • Proven Leadership: The successful candidate will have proven leadership in managing multiple plant operations.
  • Strong Strategic Thinking: The Head of Manufacturing Operations will demonstrate strong strategic thinking, leadership, and a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent Stakeholder Management: The ideal candidate will possess excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
