Your primary responsibility will be to provide process improvement expertise to support these initiatives, working closely with a broad group of professionals across the organization. You'll conduct process discovery and walkthrough sessions, identify process gaps and opportunities, and develop project deliverables such as process maps, policy, processes and procedures documentation, data analysis, charts, management readout, etc.

You'll also be responsible for supporting business process owners in deploying agreed recommendations, measuring and tracking benefits of OE projects, building good working relationships with project stakeholders, and cultivating a continuous improvement culture and critical thinking in the organization.

We're looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' experience working in process or performance improvement teams, project management. You should have experience in using Power BI, Tableau, Power Apps, Power Automate, and be familiar with Agile Mindset & Frameworks (i.e., Scrum). Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills are essential, as well as the ability to develop high-quality project deliverables.
