Medical Support Specialist

An Executive Assistant/Medical Scheduler/Receptionist is required to manage day-to-day operations in a medical setting. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a clinic, hospital or similar environment.
The role involves managing executive calendars, travel arrangements and meeting coordination. You will also be the first point of contact for patients, clients and partners via phone, email or virtual reception.
You will schedule medical appointments, follow-ups and patient reminders with accuracy and care. Maintaining and updating patient and office records in scheduling systems and CRMs is also part of your responsibilities.
Supporting executives with document preparation, meeting notes and task follow-ups is another key aspect of this role. Ensuring smooth day-to-day coordination of office and scheduling operations is crucial.
This position requires strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with scheduling or CRM tools preferred.
A highly motivated, adaptable and proactive mindset is necessary to succeed in this role. You must be able to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST (remote).
