Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled façade specialist to join our team. This role involves creating detailed drawings and takeoffs for windows, curtain walls, and panel systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Detailing: Prepare accurate shop drawings for façade components, including windows, curtain walls, and panel systems.
  • Takeoffs and Estimating: Perform material and quantity takeoffs by reviewing plans and creating summaries in Excel/PDF.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineers to develop and revise designs and calculations.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure drawings meet applicable codes, standards, and project specifications.
Requirements:
  • Façade Design Experience: Proven experience in façade design, including curtain walls, windows, and cladding systems.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled in preparing shop drawings and detailed takeoff summaries, proficient in AutoCAD, Logikal Software, and Microsoft Excel.
  • Construction Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction documents and architectural drawings.
