Job Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
  2. Lead and mentor the sales team, focusing on sales performance, coaching, and development.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  4. Monitor sales performance data and adjust strategies to optimize efforts and meet KPIs.
  5. Stay informed on market trends and manage sales efforts to ensure cost-efficiency while achieving targets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in sales strategy, management, and team leadership, preferably in the healthcare space.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
  • Ability to manage resources effectively.
