Head of Retail – Consumer Electronics

Location: Taguig, Philippines

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday

Will be reporting to the Head of Sales

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Head of Retail to lead and optimize the retail operations for our consumer electronics business. The ideal candidate has a strong background in consumer electronics retail management, SKU optimization, and end-to-end retail operations—from warehouse logistics to in-store channels. With expertise in change management, this leader must be adaptable to different workplace environments, able to work at all levels, and thrive in an evolving and expanding organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Retail Strategy & Operations Management – Develop and implement retail strategies that enhance sales, store performance, and operational efficiency.

- End-to-End Retail Oversight – Manage the entire retail process from warehouse inventory, distribution, and supply chain logistics to in-store sales execution.

- Consumer Electronics SKU Optimization – Ensure the right product assortment, pricing, and inventory levelsto maximize sales and profitability.

- Retail Channel Expansion & Development – Drive growth in physical stores, e-commerce, and alternative retail channels.

- Change Management & Business Transformation – Lead retail teams through organizational changes, market trends, and technology advancements.

- Sales Performance & Customer Experience Enhancement – Implement sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and retail staff training to drive conversions and improve customer satisfaction.

- Data-Driven Decision Making – Leverage analytics to track sales trends, customer behavior, and SKU performance to inform strategic decisions.

- Cross-Functional Collaboration – Work closely with sales, marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment with business goals.

- Retail Team Leadership & Development – Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing retail team across multiple store locations.

- Hands-on & Adaptive Leadership – Willing to engage at all levels, from high-level strategy to direct involvement in key business operations.

Qualifications & Experience:

- 10 to 12 years of proven experience as Head of Retail, Retail Director, or a similar leadership role in consumer electronics retail management.

- Strong expertise in retail operations, SKU management, inventory planning, and supply chain logistics.

- Experience in change management and leading retail businesses through transformation.

- Track record in warehouse-to-store retail channel management and sales performance improvement.

- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.

- Highly adaptable, able to work in diverse workplace settings and engage at all levels.

- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making and retail performance tracking.

- Willing to work onsite in Taguig, Monday to Friday.
