Job Overview

This role is accountable for providing clients and partners with high-quality fault detection and diagnostics products.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver and support premium fault detection and diagnostics solutions to clients and partners.
  • Collaborate on client onboarding projects, manage project timelines, and communicate key milestones.
  • Conduct comprehensive onboarding activities, including data collection service installation, data discovery, and organization.
  • Identify and troubleshoot diagnostics for automated fault detection on customer HVAC equipment.
  • Review findings, validate software-reported results, and provide training to customers and partners on data connectivity and networking issues.
Requirements
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies.
  • Demonstrate strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and partners.
  • Possess a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field, or 1–2 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Have hands-on experience in HVAC, controls, or fault detection and diagnostics.
