Learning Solutions Specialist

This position is for a Senior Learning Analyst who will be responsible for coordinating, communicating, launching and executing blended learning training programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology and technical writing, as well as advanced internet skills and computer knowledge.

1. Training Program Development: Develop and implement curricula for sustained business growth by conceptualizing and launching blended learning training programs.
2. Team Management: Provide coaching, motivation and support to enhance engagement and success of a team of training managers and specialists in attaining targets and goals.
3. Clients Communication: Communicate with external clients to align on training needs and results.
4. Reporting and Contribution: Report to Senior Manager, Learning & Development and contribute to a global operation as part of a world-class team.
5. Learning Solution Oversight: Operate within the Learning Science, Innovation, and Technology (LSIT) Center of Excellence to oversee testing, selection, deployment and maintenance of learning solutions that use evidence-based, learner-centric, scalable and data-driven technologies.
6. Solution Translation: Translate ideas from Learning Innovation Specialists into repeatable, documented and well-governed solutions across four pillars: Process & Vendor Governance; Documentation Factory; Learning Tech Requests & Support Intake; Dashboards & Insights.
7. Documentation and Liaison: Review, document and update documentation for tools and applications used for customer-facing training; serve as liaison between Learning Innovation and Technology and other L&D, IT, Product and Sales teams.
8. SOWs and Agreements: Review, document and update SOWs and agreements regarding tools and applications.
9. Technical Database: Document and maintain a database of technical aspects regarding access, approvals, integrations and data security for internal IT teams and clients.
10. Purchase Request: Submit purchase requests and ensure generation of purchase orders in TTEC's procurement platform.
11. Intake Process: Maintain the intake process to track learning technology access requests, troubleshooting and product support.
12. Documentation Creation: Create documentation such as sizzle reels, job aids, infographics and FAQ guides for demos, workshops and educational sessions on learning innovation and technology for internal teams and clients.
13. Dashboard Oversight: Oversee the department's PowerBI dashboard for goals and tasks related to enterprise and customer-facing/operational learning innovation and technology.
14. Trend Research: Maintain an internal knowledge base on emerging trends in learning science and technology, particularly in NLP, generative AI and agentic AI.

• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree with a strong background in technology and technical writing.
• Advanced Skills: Advanced internet skills and computer knowledge, project and process management skills, especially agile approaches, advanced office skills and PowerBI.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in creating technical documentation and user content leveraging multimedia and basic graphic design.
