Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our talent acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and connecting with potential candidates through various recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and connect with potential candidates through job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and suitability for the role.
  • Review resumes to endorse qualified applicants to recruiters.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with a network of highly qualified candidates for future positions.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date information in the applicant tracking system.
  • Generate reports on sourcing and screening activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • At least 6 months of experience in a similar role, preferably with call-out experience.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Familiarity with social networks, professional sites, and job boards.
  • Strong time management and collaboration skills.
