Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and experienced content creator to develop clear and compelling English copy in support of education initiatives for financial professionals.

This role involves creating certification course materials, blogs, and whitepapers, collaborating with existing writing teams to ensure content produced aligns with organizational goals and standards.

Your work will inform and engage target audiences, driving business outcomes in the financial protection sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Write engaging copy that informs and instructs across various media formats.
  • Interpret content briefs to understand assigned tasks and underlying requirements, following up where necessary.
  • Engage with subject matter experts and teams to understand purpose, key takeaways, and calls-to-action (CTAs).
  • Adhere to client brand and editorial guidelines.
  • Apply feedback from quality control editors.
  • Partner with teams, suggesting ideas and expertise.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading abilities with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong interest in education, adult-learning, and crime and fraud prevention.
  • Ability to transform content briefs into engaging narratives or learning experiences.
  • Strong research skills and natural curiosity to learn new topics.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and content management systems like Xyleme, Articulate 360.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in content creation roles.
  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, communications, English, or equivalent experience.
