Responsibilities
  • Logistics Coordination: Assist in coordinating shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Documentation Management: Prepare and maintain accurate shipping and receiving documentation to support efficient logistics processes.
  • Data Management: Update and maintain records in our database to track shipments and delivery schedules.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication with suppliers, freight forwarders, and other departments via phone and email to resolve issues and ensure timely deliveries.
  • Monitoring: Monitor shipments to identify causes of delays and implement corrective actions.
  • Logistics Software Utilization: Leverage logistics management software and tools to track shipments and delivery schedules.
  • Operational Efficiency: Provide support for logistical planning and implementation to improve operational efficiency.
  • Customer and Supplier Familiarity: Familiarize yourself with customer and supplier preferences to ensure personalized service.
  • Special Projects: Support special projects and reports as requested by management.
Qualifications
  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are essential.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are necessary to identify and resolve issues.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team is crucial.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers is essential.
  • Flexibility: Flexibility to work during weekends in Pacific Standard Time zone is required.
