Job Overview

This role focuses on configuring and customizing construction project management software to drive internal operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Configure and customize construction software platforms to meet organizational needs.
  • Import and organize vendor data, cost codes, budgets, and documentation to support informed decision-making.
  • Create standardized templates for estimates, budgets, schedules, and reports to streamline processes.
  • Develop and refine internal workflows aligned with project processes to enhance productivity.
  • Organize and integrate digital project files within the system to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure software reflects real-world execution and informs strategic decisions.
Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience with construction software setup/configuration.
  • Proficiency in Excel and data organization to analyze and present insights effectively.
  • Strong understanding of construction workflows (estimating, bidding, scheduling, subcontracting) to inform software configurations.
  • Ability to work independently in a non-client-facing role.
  • Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all tasks.
