Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our quality control team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality management systems to minimize risks and improve overall quality
  • Lead and manage quality control teams to ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, Food Safety, and ISO standards
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and customers, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products
  • Analyze data and identify areas for improvement, implementing corrective actions as needed

Requirements:

  • Licensed Chemical Engineer or Licensed Chemist degree
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in Food Manufacturing Industry
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems
