Job Title: Quality Assurance Head

The Quality Assurance Head oversees the entire quality assurance process, ensuring that all products meet the highest standards.

The role is responsible for supervising quality assurance activities across the organization, including incoming material inspection, in-process inspection, finished goods inspection, and outgoing inspection.

Key responsibilities include reviewing quality control reports, recommending improvements or corrective actions to management, and monitoring the performance of QA staff.

Additionally, the Quality Assurance Head validates and confirms quality evaluation standards, appraises subordinates based on Key Performance Indicators, and conducts daily meetings to discuss activity highlights and recurring problems.

The role also involves analyzing and submitting summary reports of quality assurance department activities to management, as well as reviewing and analyzing inspection reports and customer complaints.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree preferably in Engineering
  • Minimum five to seven years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry
  • Exemplary leadership, written, and verbal skills
  • Preferably a Licensed Engineer
