As a Fire Sprinkler Estimator, you will be responsible for accurately estimating fire sprinkler systems and ensuring compliance with project requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans to ensure accurate fire sprinkler design and estimation.
  • Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for fire sprinkler systems, utilizing specialized software and tools.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project accuracy and adherence to standards.
  • Generate and maintain project documentation, reports, and spreadsheets, highlighting key information and findings.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and MEP plans is essential.
  • Experience in fire sprinkler system estimation is preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills are required to ensure accurate estimations and project completion.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities are necessary to work effectively with project stakeholders.
