The role of Fire Alarm System Expert is to manage the service department efficiently, overseeing daily operations and ensuring seamless communication with customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in fire alarm systems, enabling accurate issue diagnosis and effective resolution planning.

Key responsibilities include answering and managing incoming service calls, scheduling service appointments and dispatching technicians, communicating with customers via email and phone, and providing timely notifications and updates.

  • Diagnose fire alarm system issues remotely and determine appropriate action.
  • Decide whether to dispatch a technician or offer troubleshooting guidance.
  • Maintain service records and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with fire alarm systems.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to diagnose fire alarm issues over the phone and recommend the best course of action.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills for effective customer interactions.
