Job Summary

This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and communicative individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Technical Support Agent, you will be the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance with software and hardware issues.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Handle inbound technical support inquiries through phone, email, or chat, providing timely and effective solutions to customer concerns.
  2. Guide customers through troubleshooting processes, using clear and concise language to simplify complex technical concepts.
  3. Diagnose and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex issues to the appropriate technical teams as necessary.
  4. Log and track all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in our CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  5. Provide recommendations for optimizing software and hardware performance, taking into account customer preferences and needs.
Skill Requirements
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex technical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical information clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Technical Knowledge: Proficiency in software and hardware systems, including troubleshooting methods and common technical issues.
  • Customer Service: Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
