Accounting Professional Opportunity">

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounting professional to manage day-to-day financial transactions, prepare accurate reports, and handle communication with clients via email. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining and updating general ledger accounts and entries, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately
  • Preparing monthly financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Reconciling bank statements and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
  • Managing accounts payable and receivable, including the processing of invoices and payments
  • Assisting in preparing annual budgets and forecasts to aid strategic planning
  • Providing regular reports and analysis to management for decision-making
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an accountant or in a similar role
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
