Key Responsibilities:
  • Determine the type of vehicle service required
  • Prepare accurate estimates for repairs based on assessed damages
  • Process insurance claims promptly and effectively
  • Maintain open communication with clients regarding their vehicle's status and any issues that may arise during the repair process
  • Convert Letters of Authorization (LOA) to Repair Orders (RO)
  • Oversee the completion of repairs and ensure vehicles are returned to clients in excellent condition
