We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-focused Billing Administrator to join our team at Seidotech Solutions Corp. This individual will be responsible for generating and issuing accurate and timely invoices to clients, reviewing billing data for accuracy and completeness, addressing client concerns, and maintaining organized and up-to-date billing records.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and have prior experience in billing or finance roles.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients
- Review billing data for accuracy and completeness
- Address client concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information for billing
- Work closely with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and address billing-related issues

Requirements:
- Previous experience in billing or finance roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience working with ConnectWise
