Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Billing Administrator to support our invoicing team in managing and streamlining billing operations. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate invoice processing, maintaining billing records, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in billing or finance roles, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and strong customer communication skills. Adaptability, dependability, and attention to detail are also essential qualities for this position.
About the Role:
1. Invoice Generation:
Generate and issue accurate and timely invoices to clients based on services rendered or products delivered. Ensure compliance with company billing policies and procedures.
2. Billing Verification:
Review billing data for accuracy and completeness. Verify that all supporting documentation is in place before invoicing.
3. Client Communication:
Address client concerns and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
4. Record Keeping:
Maintain organized and up-to-date billing records. Monitor and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate financial transactions.
5. Collaboration:
Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and service departments, to gather necessary information for billing. Work closely with the finance team to resolve discrepancies and address billing-related issues.
6. Reporting:
Generate and analyze billing reports to provide insights to the finance team.
