Job Title: Risk Management Leader

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Leader to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing risk mitigation strategies to minimize losses and optimize collection resources.

Your primary focus will be on leading the development, review, and performance monitoring of risk mitigation programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that analytic tools are implemented effectively and that credit loss forecasts are accurate.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also be expected to possess strong leadership and communication skills. You will mentor senior analysts and provide guidance on opportunities and risks in the portfolio.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills are essential for this role. You must be able to analyze complex data and develop effective risk mitigation strategies.
  • Leadership: You will be responsible for mentoring senior analysts and providing guidance on opportunities and risks in the portfolio.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required for this role. You must be able to communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Negotiation Skills: You will be responsible for negotiating with credit bureaus and third-party data providers to secure optimal pricing and volume in contract agreements.
