Home-Based Design Specialist

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to join our team in a home-based setup.

The primary responsibility of this role will be to design mockups, vectorize logos, create production-ready files, and prepare presentation decks from concept to final delivery.

This position requires strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creativity across multiple mediums. We are looking for a skilled designer with expertise in artwork design and finalization, who can work effectively with a dynamic team and provide/receive constructive feedback.

You will also be responsible for converting artwork from orders into proper production-ready files, ensuring all file outputs meet print standards and quality requirements, managing the Production Art Queue to maintain timely output, and supporting the Virtual Rendering Queue and other art department tasks as needed.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field, and 1–3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Artist, or in a related role. Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Pro, and InDesign is also required, along with knowledge of file formats, image optimization techniques, and color management.
